City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to hunt for new business, close complex B2B deals, and build partnerships that drive real value. This high-impact role focuses on generating new revenue, not managing existing accounts.

You’ll identify and close new clients, develop strategic plans to exceed targets, and present tailored facility-management solutions through the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with new business generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong hunter mentality—energized by cold outreach and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in target markets.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets.
• Consult with business decision-makers to uncover facility management needs.
