City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our client base across new territories. You will prospect, present, propose, and close deals while coordinating with operations to ensure seamless project execution after a sale.

A proven outside sales track record and CRM proficiency are essential, with competitive commissions and benefits. Join a fast-growing leader in building maintenance with 100+ locations across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal)
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• CRM proficiency and data organization.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with can-do attitude.
• Organized within a defined sales process.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
• Strong MS Office skills.
