Qualifikationen

• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

• Oversee floor management, shifts, results, and feedback for a five-star experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and timesheets to stay within monthly budget.
• Drive store to meet Total Monthly Income goals through leadership.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and track performance through reviews and feedback.
• Support staffing by building a bench and filling open positions within 30 days.
