Job summary

David is seeking a Store Manager to build a high performing team, deliver world class customer service, and exceed sales plans. You are a dynamic, attentive leader who mentors and coaches staff to perform at their best.

You will manage payroll within budget, supervise scheduling, train associates, monitor inventory, and ensure top quality service and presentation across the store, working full time Sunday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer first culture across all roles.
• Manage payroll within budget and monitor timesheets for all shifts.
• Drive store to achieve monthly income goals through leadership and coaching.
• Monitor inventory, receiving, layaway, and merchandising standards.
• Set daily sales goals and review performance with the team.
• Maintain staffing levels and fill open positions within 30 days.
