Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Assigns shifts, reviews results and provides feedback for five-star customer experience.
• Provides ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitors payroll and timesheets to control costs.
• Leads store to achieve monthly income goals through foundational excellence.
• Monitors inventory, special orders, repairs, layaway and stock quality.
• Communicates daily sales goals and drives action with the team.
• Conducts weekly performance discussions for improvement.
• Builds a strong bench and staffing plan to fill roles within 30 days.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
