Job summary

Candid is looking for a driven Account Executive to drive growth by identifying and engaging prospective dentists, delivering demos, and guiding onboarding to enhance their clear aligner business. You’ll own the Northern New Jersey and Westchester County territory and must be located there.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in clear aligners.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Business & Marketing knowledge: cash flow analysis, ROI, P&L discussions and questions.
• Comfort with clinical discussions regarding Candid products.
• Extensive travel throughout the territory including overnight travel.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dentists/practices and build a robust pipeline.
• Organize and conduct lunch and learn demos for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales team to convert leads into signed clients.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and sharpen sales techniques.
