Job summary

Circle Logistics is hiring a driven sales professional in Orlando to drive growth in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will build new client relationships while expanding and nurturing existing accounts.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and own major accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Acquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts.
• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools.
• Act as the primary contact for major accounts and manage escalations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with client executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members.
• Monitor KPIs and guide execution to ensure consistent results.
• Make 60+ outbound calls daily (DOE) and meet KPIs.
• Demonstrate a service-first mindset and professionalism.

Responsibilities
