Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by managing day-to-day shipping needs.
• Match customer demand with transportation solutions and pricing for freight-related inquiries.
• Develop strategies that drive increased sales growth and long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and problem resolution.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to support No-Fail Service.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, implementation, and service execution.
• Learn market trends and provide customers with innovative logistics solutions.
