A rapidly expanding, high-energy fast-casual restaurant brand renowned for its high-volume operations and vibrant cult following is seeking a strategic, growth-minded District Manager to oversee multiple locations across New York City. Having established exceptional unit economics and nationwide brand momentum, the organization is preparing to more than double its footprint over the next 12 months. The District Manager will serve as an operational authority across assigned high-volume venues, bridging high-level corporate strategy with store-level execution. This position requires an autonomous, analytically driven leader capable of driving disciplined operational consistency, optimizing profitability, managing new store openings, and fostering top-tier leadership talent in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned store locations to consistently hit operational, performance, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, guest service standards, vendor management, and equipment upkeep.
• Drive financial performance through P&L analysis, budgeting, labor modeling, scheduling optimization, and inventory control.
• Coach and mentor General Managers to build high-performing teams, maintain staff morale, and develop future operational leaders.
• Conduct regular site audits evaluating food quality, cleanliness, guest sentiment, and strict operational compliance.
• Lead operational setups and execution for New Store Openings (NSOs) to ensure successful, seamless market launches.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Accounting to manage recruitment, review volume (Google/Yelp/UberEats), influencer events, and store-level financial reporting.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience overseeing high-volume ($4M+ total volume) fast-casual or top-tier full-service restaurant concepts.
• Demonstrated track record of leadership progression and team development, with a focus on building store managers into future operational leaders.
• Strong analytical capabilities in P&L analysis, labor forecasting, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven experience planning and executing New Store Openings (NSOs).
• Exceptional time management, self-organization, and autonomy within high-density urban markets.

Compensation Package Details

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
• Performance Bonus: Monthly KPI-driven bonus program with up to 2x payout multiplier based on food cost, labor, delivery/review ratings, and cost control
