Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage full operational accountability across 6–8 café locations.


• P&L Management: Oversee labor, COGS, and controllables with a keen eye on unit-level variance.


• People Leadership: Hire, develop, and retain General Managers and shift leads.


• Consistency Enforcement: Ensure service standards, food quality, and brand execution are upheld across all units.


• New Store Openings: Lead pre‑opening team training and store launches within your district.


• Communication: Provide direct updates to senior leadership on district health, staffing gaps, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Director, or in a similar multi‑unit role.


• Active management of at least 6 restaurants in the NJ or NYC metro area, with in‑depth market knowledge.


• Background in both full‑service and fast‑casual dining environments.


• Demonstrated ability to develop GMs into successful leaders within the organization.
