Job summary

As a server, you have a significant impact on guest’s satisfaction—you bring the fun and set the tone for celebration at every table. You are responsible for exceeding guests' expectations by providing friendly and caring guest

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for the location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section.
• Greet guests and build rapport to create an elevated guest experience.
• Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and follow steps of service.
• Assist with bussing, resetting tables, and dining room flow.
• Follow allergy procedures and accommodate special requests.
• Support opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
