Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking hospitality associates to deliver elevated guest experiences in a fast-paced, tech-infused dining environment. Servers will warmly greet guests, build rapport, and provide knowledgeable service while multitasking across sections and coordinating with the team.

Responsibilities include taking orders, explaining menu items, handling allergies, and maintaining smooth service as venues operate daily from late morning to late night.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS systems.
• Strong emotional intelligence and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section, including taking orders and answering questions
• Follow steps of service and reset tables as needed
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Be a team player and assist colleagues as needed
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties; perform other duties as assigned
