Puttshack is a tech-infused mini golf experience offering world-class food and full bar. The Server greets guests, builds rapport, and ensures an elevated dining experience while contributing to a fun, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving tables, addressing allergies, and maintaining service standards. Flexible scheduling with potential part-time hours, competitive pay, and tips are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables, including taking orders and answering questions.
• Follow steps of service and maintain table cleanliness and reset.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and safe service.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work as a team and participate in opening/closing duties.
