Puttshack USA is seeking hospitality associates to deliver a fun, elevated dining experience in a fast-paced venue. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure service excellence while maintaining allergy procedures and timeliness.

We value teamwork, enthusiasm, wine knowledge, and the ability to own the fun while multitasking in a high-energy setting. Flexible schedules are available as venues operate daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant, including use of standard and handheld POS devices.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverages.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables, including taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Follow steps of service, bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner.
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training.
• Perform opening/closing side-work duties as assigned.
