Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking friendly hospitality associates to deliver an elevated guest experience as servers. You will greet guests, build rapport, and ensure a memorable dining experience, contributing to a fun, high-energy environment where guest satisfaction matters.

Our venues operate 7 days a week from 11am to 1am with flexible, variable schedules; typical weekly hours range from 15 to 30. Roles include base pay plus tips, with benefits like health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and high standards for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear and proactive communication to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section, including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, following steps of service, bussing and resetting the table.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Give directions and be a team player.
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment.
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
