Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking friendly hospitality associates to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience as a server. You’ll greet guests, build rapport, and drive a fun, high-energy dining environment with expert knowledge of the menu and beverage program.

Open venues operate 7 days a week with flexible hours; you’ll work a variable schedule, typically 15–30 hours per week, with opportunities for full-time benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS systems.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Able to obtain required local licenses and certifications.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and build rapport.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables in your section.
• Take orders, answer questions, and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a team player and support colleagues.
• Complete opening/closing side-work as assigned.
