Puttshack USA is hiring hospitality associates to deliver an elevated guest experience in a lively, tech-infused mini golf environment. As a server, you greet guests, build rapport, and ensure a memorable dining experience with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Open seven days with flexible schedules, you will multitask across tables, manage orders, and follow food safety guidelines while contributing to a fun, high-energy team culture and offering tips-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and genuine smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section.
• Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and follow service steps.
• Adhere to food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate as a team and complete opening/closing side-work.
