Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience. You will provide efficient, attentive service in a high-energy setting, upsell beverages and menu items, and help maintain a welcoming, fun atmosphere for every table.

Our venues operate 7 days a week with varied schedules and tips-based pay; part-time and full-time roles available. Candidates must be 18+, have prior high-volume service experience, and be comfortable using POS

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build rapport to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section.
• Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and follow steps of service.
• Handle food allergy procedures and special orders with care.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and complete opening/closing side-work duties.
