Job summary

Puttshack USA in Chicago, IL seeks energetic hospitality associates to deliver an elevated guest experience. As a Server, you greet guests, take orders, provide friendly service, and contribute to a fun, high-energy atmosphere with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

You will work in a dynamic environment open seven days a week with flexible schedules, including part-time shifts; prior high-volume restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to tables in your section.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed expectations.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Complete opening/closing side-work and other duties.
