Job summary

Puttshack USA in Natick, MA seeks a friendly Server to greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. You will work variable hours between 11am and 1am, with tips in addition to base pay; employees receive health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and discounts on mini golf and meals.

Prior restaurant server experience and POS familiarity are preferred, with strong communication and teamwork required for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant, including use of standard and hand-held POS devices.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section, including taking orders and answering questions
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Give directions and be a team player
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
• Follow all rules and policies of employment
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
