Job summary

Puttshack is seeking friendly hospitality associates to deliver an elevated, one‑of‑a‑kind guest experience. As a Server you greet guests with a genuine smile, build rapport, and ensure a memorable dining occasion.

You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy venue, take orders, provide menu guidance, follow safety standards, and collaborate with the team to exceed guest expectations while multitasking with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build rapport.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables, take orders, answer questions, and follow steps of service.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a team player and give directions as needed.
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
