Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver an elevated dining experience in our high-energy venues. You will build rapport with guests, answer menu questions, follow steps of service, and work with the team to ensure timely, accurate orders and a fun atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have prior high-volume serving experience, strong guest-satisfaction standards, and the ability to multitask calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Strong level of guest satisfaction standards.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverages.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section, including taking orders and answering questions
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Give directions and be a team player
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
