Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs. You’ll lead demonstrations, coordinate with F&I, and build relationships to close sales.

Starting base pay includes a guaranteed hourly rate with flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may stay hourly with commissions or switch to a 100% commission plan, with full benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales—RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsabilités

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales by collaborating with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
