Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will conduct demonstration rides, present walk-throughs, and close sales with the F&I and Sales Management teams. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with potential to transition to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Total compensation guidance is provided in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' sales experience; RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture or real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
