Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to read recipes and follow prescribed portions.
• Must obtain any licenses or certifications per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to recipes.
• Set up the station and maintain sanitation standards.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Follow prescribed portion controls and par levels.
• Be a team player and support opening/closing duties.
