Qualifications

• Prior multifamily leasing experience required.
• Strong closing and follow-up skills.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to walk the property daily (including stairs) and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue by converting leads into signed leases.
• Deliver high-impact tours, create urgency, and overcome objections.
• Manage pipeline and track traffic, follow-up, and closing metrics.
• Market the community through outreach and social media efforts.
• Maintain lease files, conduct show-ready unit walks, and assist with operations.
