• Deliver high-impact tours and create urgency during showings.
• Overcome objections confidently and ask for the lease.
• Respond to online, phone, and walk-in leads; track metrics in Yardi.
• Maintain renewal relationships to minimize vacancy loss.
• Market the community through outreach and social media; stay informed on market comps and pricing.
• Prepare lease files and walk vacant units daily; assist with inspections and administrative duties.
