Qualifications

• One year experience as a leasing professional is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
• Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
• Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model/vacant apartments and discusses lease terms.
• Ensures consistent follow-up with prospects and processes applications for approval.
• May be responsible for processing lease renewals and schedules move-ins.
• Walks all move-ins prior to the date to ensure readiness and completes all lease paperwork.
• Plans and coordinates resident events and handles resident notices.
