Responsibilities include maximizing engagement with prospects, maintaining CRM data, and supporting leasing goals. Weekend availability is required, with strong earning potential through commission and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience required.
• Proven track record in achieving leasing or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems for prospect follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person.
• Deliver tours to identify needs and close deals.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversions.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals.
