• Follow up relentlessly and professionally — no lead left behind.
• Own your traffic, conversion ratios, and closing numbers.
• Create urgency and excitement during tours and ask for the lease.
• Track traffic, follow-up, and closing metrics in Yardi; maintain renewal relations.
