Job summary

HOTWORX is seeking a high-energy General Manager for a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This hands-on role leads sales, staff development, and operations, driving memberships, retail, and revenue while delivering an outstanding member experience.

You will recruit and coach a team, conduct studio tours, oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and build local brand awareness through outreach and events. Availability around 40–45 hours per week is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio sales and growth by meeting/exceeding membership, retail, and revenue goals
• Lead by example with a positive, sales-driven studio culture
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver confident, high-energy tours and convert prospects into members
• Coach team on sales skills, lead follow-up, and member engagement
• Oversee daily studio operations: scheduling, payroll, inventory, maintenance, reporting
• Grow local brand awareness through community outreach, events, and social media
• Own studio performance and identify opportunities for growth
