HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering heat, infrared energy, and guided workouts for all fitness levels. We seek a high-energy General Manager to lead daily operations, drive memberships, and build an exceptional studio culture.

You’ll recruit and coach a team, deliver energetic tours, and grow local brand awareness through community outreach and events. This role is full-time and requires hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or management experience preferred.
• Confident, motivated leader with coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio sales and growth by meeting membership, retail, and revenue goals.
• Lead by example and create a positive, sales-driven studio culture.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver confident studio tours and convert prospects into members.
• Coach team on sales, lead follow-up, and member engagement.
