HOTWORX is seeking membership sales and marketing staff for our 24-hour infrared fitness studio. You will drive member enrollment through outreach, tours, and excellent service, while promoting our 3D training concept and 24/7 access.

Ideal candidates have a passion for sales and a healthy lifestyle. We offer paid training, certifications, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership, and product discounts to support your success.

Formación

• Previous sales experience or interest in sales role.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team to grow the member base.
• Willingness to outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and at events.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Onboard new members and provide superior customer service to encourage long-term membership.
• Promote HOTWORX brand and services in the community and at local events.
• Call guests to schedule trials, coordinate studio tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Keep the studio clean and safe while maintaining a welcoming environment.
