Qualifications

• Previous management, sales, fitness, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to commute to Beaufort, SC.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales and revenue goals.
• Drive new membership sales through lead follow-up, phone calls, appointments, walk-ins, referrals, events, and community outreach.
• Lead by example by achieving personal sales goals while coaching the team to achieve theirs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Sales Associates and studio staff.
• Hold team members accountable for daily activity, lead follow-up, appointments, sales, retail performance, and overall studio goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive, motivating environment for members.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, medical offices, organizations, and community partners to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and participate in local marketing events, promotions, outreach, and community initiatives.
