Averra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative for Wholesale Mortgage to drive nationwide growth. You will connect with mortgage loan officers and brokers, build relationships, and manage a growing book of business within assigned accounts.

This role offers Base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of $80,000 to $125,000 in your first year. You will use CRM and automation tools, collaborate with Account Executives, and deliver a 5-star experience to every partner

Competenze

• 1+ years of sales experience (real estate or finance is a plus).
• High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners.
• CRM experience helpful but not required.
