Job summary

Averra Financial is seeking a Business Development Rep for Wholesale Mortgage in Plano, TX. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and an OTE of $80,000–$125,000 in your first year. You will engage mortgage loan officers nationwide, build a book of business, and support partners with product guidance.

You will use CRM and automation to manage your pipeline, collaborate with Account Executives, and deliver a superior partner experience while growing production and relationships.

Qualifications

• High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners.
• Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts.
• Activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions.
• Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance.
