CarGuys Inc. is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead inventory control, pricing strategies, and sales leadership for our dealer clients across the U.S. You will drive profitability through high-volume operations and effective team coaching.

The role offers strong earning potential with commissions and bonuses, a full-time schedule, and opportunities to advance into senior leadership within a nationwide network of automotive groups.

Qualifications

• Experience as a used car manager, sales leader, or automotive management role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle acquisition, pricing, and market analysis.
• Proven track record driving used car sales and profitability.
• Experience desking deals and managing inventory in high-volume stores.
• Ability to lead and mentor automotive sales consultants.

Responsabilités

• Manage used vehicle inventory, acquisition, and merchandising.
• Source vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and direct purchases.
• Price inventory based on market trends and dealership strategy.
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, and KPI performance.
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist with closing.
• Train, coach, and develop automotive sales consultants.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
