Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with a strong sales mindset.
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.

Responsibilities

Prospect, consult, and close residential real estate transactions with buyers, sellers, and renters.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
Conduct listings, buyer consultations, property showings, and open houses.
Manage a full sales pipeline from first contact through closing.
Perform CMAs to price and position properties competitively.
Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize client value and closings.
Utilize Weichert CRM and marketing tools to track leads and nurture prospects.
Stay informed on local market trends and competitive dynamics.
