Medivant Healthcare in Chandler, AZ seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business by calling medical clinics, wellness centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to introduce and sell the company’s hormone therapies and longevity products. The role offers a base salary of $45,000–$50,000, uncapped commissions, annual performance bonuses, and on-target earnings of $70,000–$120,000+.

This is a full-time, in-office position with growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding

Qualificações

• Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and contact medical clinics, wellness centers, physician offices, and pharmacies through outbound phone calls.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Present and sell Medivant Healthcare’s hormone therapies, peptides, and future health & longevity product offerings.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
• Stay informed on product offerings, new product launches, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
