Southern Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to close deals, present the best equipment, and guide customers to smarter home comfort choices. You will collaborate with service technicians to recommend options that fit homes and budgets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to build customers for life.
• Communicate during in-home conversations; help homeowners save money and improve comfort.
• Follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and referrals.
• Additional duties as assigned.
