Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a proactive Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional. You will work with homeowners to identify comfort needs, present HVAC/plumbing/electrical solutions, and close deals.

Training is provided; top performers can earn substantial commissions. The role requires travel to customer locations, in-home demonstrations, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trust with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a sales context.
• Willing to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and past customers to provide home comfort solutions and close deals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and service options.
• Schedule in-home meetings and follow up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
