Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking driven sales professionals to own their book of business in the transportation and logistics space. You will prospect, close deals, and manage client relationships, earning six figures within 18 months through uncapped commission.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment with a 24-hour decision promise and strong onboarding to help you reach top earnings quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be available full-time in an office (Mon–Fri).
• Prior sales or customer service experience is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Hungry for success with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in transportation and logistics.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Drive daily sales activity using phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Leverage technology and AI for pricing, operations, and load booking.
