Beemac Logistics is seeking driven sales professionals to build a high-income career in freight and logistics. You’ll own your book of business, develop client relationships, and earn six figures within 18 months through uncapped commissions.

In this full-time role, you’ll prospect, close, and coordinate shipments using McLeod software and load boards, with a 24-hour decision promise and strong earning potential as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability in office (Mon–Fri).
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Hunger for success and a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers.
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity.
• Use innovative tech and AI daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.
