City Wide Facility Solutions in Utah is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, collaborating with operations and the sales team to build mutually profitable client relationships.

The position requires 2-3 years in a B2B sales role with a hunter mindset, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor's degree preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in a B2B sales environment with proven success.
• "Hunter" sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
• Sales training certificate preferred (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie).
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and presenting solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, and overcoming objections.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
• Utilize and manage CRM to maintain all client and lead information.
• Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating professionally with clients and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
