If you have dealership experience, strong CSI scores, and a proven ability to upsell maintenance and repair services, this is a rare opportunity to maximize your earnings and grow within a leading dealer group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED).
• Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus).
• Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance.
• Strong communication & closing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write repair orders accurately.
• Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services.
• Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services.
• Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
• Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch.
• Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed.
• Maintain follow-up to increase retention.
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
