Paramus Chevrolet – VIP Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant in Paramus, NJ. This full-time role offers a high-earning potential with $75,000–$100,000+ income potential (base + commission + bonuses) in a high-volume service department.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
• Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
• Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
• Strong communication & closing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience with CSI-focused service.
• Greet customers and write repair orders accurately.
• Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services; upsell maintenance and repairs.
• Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
• Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch.
• Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention.
