Paramus Chevrolet – VIP Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant in Paramus, NJ. This full-time role offers a high-earning potential with $75,000–$100,000+ income potential (base + commission + bonuses) in a high-volume service department.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong CSI, and a proven ability to upsell maintenance and repairs. Join a leading dealer group with aggressive earning opportunities, monthly bonuses, and a team-driven environment.

Competenze

2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
Strong communication & closing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a results-driven mindset

Mansioni

Deliver exceptional customer experience with CSI-focused service.
Greet customers and write repair orders accurately.
Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services; upsell maintenance and repairs.
Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines.
Communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch.
Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed.
Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention.
