Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Service Advisor experience, Honda experience preferred.
• Well-versed in CDK and high CSI/customer retention.
• Courteous, professional communication and accountability.
• Solid automotive service knowledge; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates by costing materials, labor, and deductibles.
• Write accurate repair orders based on customer needs and tech recommendations.
• Present inspection results to close work and maximize customer pay.
• Deliver premium customer experience and maintain CSI targets.
