Promotive in Collingswood, NJ is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to welcome customers, write repair orders, and guide vehicle owners from arrival to delivery. You will build accurate estimates using technician findings and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) while delivering a high level of customer care.

This role operates on a full-commission plan with realistic earnings from $67,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on car count and performance.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
• Proven ability to sell automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience from arrival to vehicle delivery.
• Schedule appointments and write repair orders based on customer concerns.
• Build estimates using technician findings and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Source parts and coordinate repairs to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status clearly to customers.
• Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Tekmetric and DVIs to document repairs and communications.
