Promotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. This role focuses on sales, service excellence, and building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced repair shop.

Compensation is 100% commission with earning potential $55,000-$100,000+ based on productivity; schedule Monday to Friday in an air-conditioned facility with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Automotive Service Advisor, independent repair shop preferred.
• Proven sales ability with high Average Repair Orders (ARO).
• Experience writing estimates and selling automotive repair services.
• Familiar with parts ordering, cores and defective parts processing.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with computers, phones and service management software.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills for accurate estimating and pricing.
• Professional, ethical and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
