Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a results-driven Product Specialist to help customers find the perfect vehicle and close deals with the Sales and Finance teams.

You will follow up on leads, build lasting relationships, stay current on product features, and guide customers through test drives, paperwork, and financing options.

This role requires evenings and Saturdays and offers industry-leading benefits and a path to management.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience at the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop relationships with Morrie's customers.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles using Morrie's Needs Assessment.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pickup and explain features and paperwork.
• Follow up post-purchase actions including tag/title work.
